Hey there! I'm Katie and I'll be guiding you on your metalsmithing adventure! I was once in your shoes, overwhelmed and not sure where to start. Let me help you get over fears and get you smithing! I have over 13 years of experience in metalsmithing but I took my very first class in the year 2000 at my college. I went right into the workforce as a graphic designer after that and didn't pick it back up till the year 2006. In about 2009, I established my home studio and I've been enjoying creating sterling silver jewelry as Star Native ever since.
